Role Overview

Kavia AI is hiring a Global Head of Product Management — an early, high-impact product leader to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the AI platform.

You will translate vision into reality, guiding what is built, why it matters, and how it scales across SDLC automation, AI copilots, integrations, and growth experiences.

You’ll work directly with the founder and CEO, Labeeb Ismail, and the engineering and design leads across the US and India to turn the platform vision into category leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across Inspect → Plan → Build → Analyze modules.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap in partnership with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Translate enterprise and developer needs into intuitive, AI-powered product experiences.
• Drive adoption and engagement metrics across both enterprise deployments and self-serve flows.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and founders on product vision and customer success.
• Build and mentor an early product team as the company scales.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of product management experience, including enterprise SaaS or developer tools.
• Shipped multiple products from 0 → 1 and scaled them to real users.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, dev workflows (GitHub, Jira, CI/CD), and product analytics.
• Exceptional communication and prioritization skills — comfort with ambiguity and speed.
• Based in India, able to collaborate across time zones with global teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with developer ecosystems (IDEs, SDKs, APIs) or AI assistants.
• Prior startup or founding PM experience.
• Exposure to enterprise security and data governance models.
