Labeeb Ismail
Founder and CEO
Labeeb is the Founder and CEO of Kavia, bringing over 20 years of enterprise software and AI leadership. As a former SVP at Comcast/Sky, he led 2,000+ engineers and co-created the RDK video stack, now deployed on 150M+ devices.
With 30+ software and AI patents, Labeeb is focused on transforming product development through full-stack AI automation, bridging the gaps between vibe coding and software development rigor for the next generation of software creators and enterprise alike.
Anita Ganti
Co-Founder and COO
Anita Ganti is Chief Operating Officer of KAVIA AI, where she brings deep operating and governance experience across enterprise technology. She is a seasoned industry leader who has held senior, customer-facing executive roles supporting executive-level engagements with global platform, cloud, telecom, automotive, semiconductor, and regulated enterprises.
From 2015 to 2019, Ms. Ganti served as Senior Vice President of the Product Engineering Services organization at Wipro Limited, where she led global offerings and operations with annual revenues exceeding $600 million. Previously, she was Vice President of Global Technology at Flex Ltd. and General Manager of the Precision Signal Path division at Texas Instruments. Across these roles, she has led large-scale business transformations, operational turnarounds, and globally distributed teams.
Ms. Ganti currently serves on the board of directors and audit committee of Power Integrations Inc. (Nasdaq: POWI), where she has chaired the Cybersecurity Committee since 2025. She has served on the board of directors of Silvaco Group (Nasdaq: SVCO) since March 2024 and has chaired its Compensation Committee since April 2024. From June 2023 to April 2024, she served as a director and Chair of the Compensation Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee of Exro Technologies (TSX: EXRO).
Ms. Ganti holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, an M.S.E.E. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and an M.B.A. (Finance) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Rich is a veteran business attorney with 37 years of experience advising closely held companies on M&A, tax strategy, and technology licensing. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he brings deep legal and transactional expertise to Kavia, supporting corporate structure, compliance, and strategic partnerships.

Akshay Gopal
Head of Growth Marketing
Akshay Gopal leads Growth Marketing at KAVIA AI, where he brings narrative clarity and execution discipline to category-defining technology. He specializes in translating complex AI platforms into sharp positioning, scalable demand engines, and high-credibility market presence.
Akshay's work sits at the intersection of strategy and speed. He combines AI-driven pattern recognition with deep go-to-market experience to compress what typically takes months of strategic exploration into focused, executable growth programs. At KAVIA, he is responsible for refining enterprise messaging, activating developer and systems integrator ecosystems, and building the growth infrastructure required to scale responsibly. Akshay is founder of Scale Labs, a founder-facing growth lab focused on high-stakes AI positioning and commercialization. He has held leadership roles including Fractional CMO at Fieldly AI and Marketing Director at Chargeback Gurus, where he drove over $1.5M in new business. Earlier, he led B2B marketing for Mastercard's Cyber & Intelligence solutions across global markets and has delivered large-scale brand initiatives for companies including Google, Microsoft, Netflix, and YouTube. Akshay holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and is certified in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing. At KAVIA, he focuses on one core belief: clarity compounds.
Allandhir Megharaj
Principal Engineer
Allandhir Megharaj is Principal Engineer at KAVIA AI, where he leads the design and evolution of KAVIA's agentic orchestration systems and architecture. He brings deep expertise in multi-agent systems, scalable full-stack engineering, and production-grade AI infrastructure.
A startup-native engineer, Allandhir has spent over five years building from first principles in high-ownership environments. As a founding engineer at OneShot.ai, he architected the company's core AI agent framework, designing a custom orchestration layer with planning and execution phases to automate complex Sales and GTM workflows. His work helped drive early adoption and supported a successful fundraise. He has led full-stack development of conversational agent platforms, integrating LLMs, RAG workflows, third-party systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and communication channels including Slack and email. His experience spans TypeScript, React, NodeJS, MongoDB, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and low-latency distributed systems. At KAVIA, Allandhir focuses on building durable, enterprise-ready agent frameworks that move beyond autocomplete and into structured, orchestrated execution across complex systems. His engineering philosophy is simple: build what is right, take full ownership, and design systems that scale with conviction
Christopher Maxwell
Head of Enterprise Solutions & AI Deployment
Christopher Maxwell leads Enterprise Solutions at KAVIA AI, driving the deployment of agentic SDLC orchestration across complex enterprise environments. He works at the intersection of engineering reality and AI transformation, ensuring KAVIA integrates into real-world codebases, workflows, and governance structures at scale.
Chris brings a rare blend of systems engineering, product leadership, and enterprise architecture experience. Prior to KAVIA, he served as Head of Engineering at Factiverse and as a Systems Engineer at Cisco, where he architected security and enterprise networking solutions for global organizations. His background spans AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments, programmable infrastructure, and full-stack platform design. At KAVIA, he leads deep technical discovery with design partners, prototypes production-grade AI workflows, and feeds field intelligence directly into platform evolution. His focus is operationalization: transforming large codebases into structured knowledge graphs, orchestrated workflows, and durable engineering artifacts. Chris holds degrees in Mathematics and Physics and applies systems-level thinking to enterprise AI adoption. At KAVIA, he ensures that orchestration replaces fragmentation, and that AI moves from demo to dependable infrastructure.
