AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

Help us push the boundaries of AI-assisted software development. Work on cutting-edge machine learning models that understand code and natural language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune large language models for code generation
• Design and implement AI pipelines for software development workflows
• Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy
• Research and experiment with new AI techniques and architectures
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI models into production
• Analyze model outputs and iterate on improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI
• Strong foundation in deep learning and neural networks
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with large language models (GPT, BERT, etc.)
• Understanding of NLP and code understanding techniques
• Strong mathematical and statistical background

Nice to Have

• PhD or Masters in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Experience fine-tuning or training large language models
• Publications in top-tier AI conferences
• Experience with model deployment and MLOps
• Knowledge of code analysis and program synthesis
